SPIELWIESE:MUSIK
A Language-Free Music Encounter for Babies & Their Grown-Ups
A gentle, one-off pop-up where babies and parents/carers play, listen, and make music together.
World-building inside your event: Spielweise:Musik carves out a small, self-contained world — a quiet, chill-out moment within the bustle of a festival, market, or community day. Co-led by Paper Lantern Collective Community Musicians, it invites peace, presence, and shared play without a single word. In this focused, welcoming space, everyone is an artist.
EXPERIENCE
Arrival & settling – Soft live music as families enter; facilitators greet at eye level, inviting quiet breath and presence.
Warm-up – A tiny song with big stretch movements; playful but calm, fully language-free.
Names & welcome – If needed, a short names-song so everyone is seen.
Sound discovery – Simple instruments appear one-by-one; joy is modeled and offered gently, building individual connections first.
Together music – The circle becomes a band: short, responsive grooves and guided conducting that meet the room where it is.
A quiet gift – A brief, beautiful solo (e.g., melodica/violin) to reset the space; a collective breath.
Final energy & lullaby – A last playful highlight, then a soft closing lullaby and wave. Optional coffee/social time hosted by the venue.
