Natalia is an organisational psychologist and transformation coach. Her background is in political innovation, team development, and community building — the question of how people and organisations change, and what makes that change last. At Paper Lantern Collective she works across funding, strategy, and development. She asks the questions no one else thought to ask, and then goes and finds the answers.
