Team Training

Team Training Workshops are short, low-threshold introductory trainings (typically ½ day to 1 day) delivered for partner organisations, institutions, or networks. They offer a practical introduction for organisations, teams, and groups focused on building confidence and shared approaches to participatory music-making.

Who it’s for

Organisations, institutions, and networks who want an accessible first step, or a common baseline across a team.

What you will cover & format

Training Workshops can be tailored to fit need and wishes, but are usually centred on Workshop Basics:

  • How to set up a session: space, structure, timing, transitions

  • Warm-ups and starting well (first 10–15 minutes)

  • Simple facilitation structures that work with mixed skills

  • Basic group dynamics: confidence, resistance, dominance, disengagement

  • A short co-creation taster

Format

Usually delivered on-site (or hosted with Paper Lantern Collective). Tailored to your context.
