Team Training (one-off)

Team Trainings are low-threshold introductory trainings (typically ½ day to 1 day) delivered for teams, institutions, or networks. They offer a practical introduction to Community Music and support of potential next steps for a deeper implementation

Who it’s for

Organisations, institutions, and networks who want an accessible first step, or a common baseline across a team.

What you will learn

Team workshops can be tailored to fit need and wishes, but are usually centred on workshop basics:

• How to set up a session: space, structure, timing

• Warm-ups and starting well 

• Musical material and methods for different levels of musical ability

• Basic group dynamics

• A short co-creation taster

Format

Usually delivered on-site (or hosted with Paper Lantern Collective). Tailored to your context.
