What you will cover & format
Virtual Masterclass is a modular online package that people can move through independently as self-paced online learning:
Foundations: approach and fundamentals of community music; how it looks in practice (also internationally)
Workshop basics: session structure, timing, space, materials, safeguarding basics
Warm-ups toolkit: a bank of starts, resets, confidence builders
Facilitation basics: simple musical leadership structures that work with mixed skill
Co-creation taster: prompts and frameworks for making something new with group
Engagement: ways to engage with diverse communities, identify needs, establishing a project
Templates + tools: session plan template, reflection + evaluation basics
Case examples: short PLC examples from Chemnitz / projects (to make it real, not abstract)
